Crossroads is a novel about the soulful struggles of the Hildebrandt family in 1971 America. Illuminations is a novel of the life of Hildegard von Bingen, 12th-century Christian abbess, theologian, mystic, and composer. Both books weave strong characters into a complex tapestry of morality and mores, early feminism, political landscapes, and personal choices. Join us for a lively forum that will explore these stories individually and in dialogue with one another. Come for one or both discussions!
