Join us as we explore this quarter’s theme of Journey (click on link for theme prompt). Since part of our salon will include sharing reflections from walking a labyrinth, participants should visit a labyrinth at a time and place of their choosing before we gather on August 29th. DMV participants may want to check out the following labyrinths (please confirm operating status before visiting):
University of Maryland Garden of Reflection and Remembrance (next to UMD Memorial Chapel, 7744 Regents Drive College Park, MD 20742)
American Psychological Association Rooftop Labyrinth, 750 First St NE, Washington, DC 20002
Barton Park Labyrinth, 2401 10th St N, Arlington, VA 22201
St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Labyrinth, 6030 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814
Participants may also use a finger labyrinth, and/or even complete a virtual labyrinth option. Feel free to check out these guidelines for a labyrinth walk, and please bring any labyrinth journal reflections to the salon, as we will weave them into our conversation.
Zoom link will be sent to registrants prior to the event.
